Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he has filed a recall application to an ex-parte order dated 18.09.2021 by which the mutation order was passed without hearing the petitioner, who is one of the heirs. Looking into facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, respondent no.2-Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Ashrafpur Kichhauchha, District Ambedkar Nagar, is directed to consider and decide the recall application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order after hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
