This petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the direction for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No. 1142/11/2018 Zeenat Khatoon Vs. Shah Alam under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Court No.1, Bahraich. Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. In the facts and circumstances of the case the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, say within a period of four months from today without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
