Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed a representation for exchange of his land before respondent no. 2-S.D.M., Kadipur, district Sultanpur, which is not being decided. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has an alternative remedy to file an application under Section 101 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In the given circumstances, petitioner is permitted to move an application under Section 101 of Code, 2006 before respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today. In case, any such application is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent no. 2 within a period of three months, thereafter, after hearing all the parties concerned and in accordance with law.
