¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri S.B. Pandey, learned Senior Advocate and Deputy Solicitor General of India assisted by Sri Varun Pandey, appearing for the Union of India.

¶2Present writ petition is filed by petitioner for the following main relief: "That in the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue: i. Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing opposite party no.01 & 02 to ensure proceed strictly as per the provisions contained Section 11 of The Sexual Harassment Of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013 contained as Annexure No.01 to the Writ Petition."

¶3It goes without saying that the authority concerned shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Act and law settled.
