At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State has pointed out that the petitioner has a statutory efÏcacious alternative remedy under Para 460 of the U.P. Land Records Manual and therefore, the instant writ petition is not maintainable at this stage. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could not rebut the aforesaid facts. In view of aforesaid submissions, the instant writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate case/application before the authority concerned as provided under the law.
