23.12.2023 has been passed in the case of the petitioner whereby the contractual services of the petitioner has been terminated. A copy of the said order has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court today. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 23.12.2023 before appropriate court in appropriate proceedings.
