¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that private respondent no.5 is interfering in his possession over Gata No.1218, 1247 and 1254 situated at Village-Ajadpur, Pargana-Inhauna, Tehsil-Tiloi, District-Amethi.

¶3Petitioner has a remedy of filing a suit for injunction as allegations are against private individual.
