29.05.2023 whereby the application for grant of Retail Outlet Dealers, is rejected by the respondents. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently in case representation of petitioner is considered and decided by respondents expeditiously in a time bound manner. Leaned counsel for respondents have no objection to the same. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that respondent no.3, shall consider the pending representation of petitioner and pass appropriate order on the same, in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties concerned on the same within a period of two months from today.
