31.12.2021. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that petitioner's representation Annexure - 3 dated 30.10.2020 may be decided at the earliest. Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that he has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by petitioner's counsel. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to move a fresh representation alongwith a copy of the instant writ petition as well as a certified/computer generated self attested copy of this order before respondent no.3/General Manager (Pradhan Prabhandhak) Rudra Bilas Kisan Sahkari Chini Mill Ltd. Bilaspur, Rampur, U.P., within 10 days. Upon receipt of the said representation, respondent no.3/General Manager (Pradhan Prabhandhak) Rudra Bilas Kisan Sahkari Chini Mill Ltd. Bilaspur, Rampur, U.P. shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three months. The Court/Authority/Official concerned shall verify the authenticity of this order from the official website of Allahabad High Court.
