On an objection raised by Sri Brijendra Singh,learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that the petitioner has not made the pleadings in terms of the observations made by this Court by means of the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in Writ B No.905 of 2023(Ram Singh versus Deputy Director of Consolidation,Unnao and 8 others), in which this Court while dismissing the said petition, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner granted liberty to the petitioner to file fresh with proper pleadings and documents, which has neither been pleaded nor annexed by the petitioner in this petition therefore this petition is not maintainable, Sri A.K.Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since he could not get certain documents therefore the same could not be annexed and pleaded. He submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh with proper pleadings and prayer annexing the aforesaid order passed by a Coordinate Bench and this order as well.
