¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he has filed a recall application dated 8.12.2023 against the order dated

7.12.2023 whereby proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are decided ex-parte against the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that meanwhile, recovery certificate is also raised against the petitioner.

¶3In the given facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil Bikapur, District Ayodhya, is directed to decide the recall application dated 8.12.2023 moved by petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him, after hearing all parties concerned.

¶4Till disposal of the recall application, demand against the petitioner shall remain stayed.
