Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "I. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the Respondent authorities to pay the honorarium strictly in accordance with Government order dated 04/01/2019 followed by the letter dated 18/04/2019 issued by the Respondent No. 2. in the interest of justice; Il. Issue & Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the Respondent No. 2, 4 and 6 to sympathetically consider on the representation of the Petitioner dated 20/11/2023 (Annexure-1), in the interest of justice: III. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the Respondent authorities to pay the arrears of illegally deducted/unpaid amount of arrears of honorarium along with 12% interest from due date to till date of actual payment, in the interest of justice; IV. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the Respondent authorities to provide details of ESIC, EFP and GST account details of the Petitioner, in the interest of justice; V. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper under the circumstances of the case, also be passed in favour of petitioner." Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to file a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Department of Woman, Welfare of U.P., Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
