Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Varun Pandey appearing on behalf of opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to consider petitioner for appointment on account of acquisition of his land in view of letter dated 16th July, 2010 issued by Railway Board granting such relief to those persons whose land has been acquired for railway purpose. For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Chief Personnel Officer, Modern Coach Factory, Lal Ganj, District Rai Bareilly or any other competent authority in case the aforesaid railway board letter dated 16th July, 2010 is still existing and petioner's case would be covered within a period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
