(1) The written instructions filed today are taken on record.

(2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. who appears for the Opposite party nos.1, 2 & 3.

(3) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the State respondents to consider and decide the Complaint No.40015523095090, 40015523095093, 40015523095095, 40015523095099, 40015523095103 & 40015523095106 lodged by the petitioner over the IGRS Portal on 31.10.2023 and take legal action against the Opposite party nos.5 and 6 accordingly."

(3) It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner has made complaints on 4-5 numbers as mentioned in the prayer clause but the respondents have not taken any action in this regard.

(4) Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions sent by Shri Ramesh Singh Sengar, the Senior Sub-Inspector of Police Station Mallawan, District Hardoi, wherein it has been stated that that an enquiry was conducted in the matter; one NCR No.171 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504 I.P.C. has been lodged against Pappu alias Shrikrishan, Guddu @ Vishwanath, Umashankar son of Subedar also proceedings under Sections 107/116/116 (3) of the Cr.P.C. have been initiated on 03.11.2023.

(5) Once the petitioner came to know of the proceedings initiated by the Station House Officer of Police Station Kotwali Mallawan, District Hardoi, as aforesaid she has filed the writ petition only as a counterblast.
