(1) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. who appears for the Opposite party nos.1, 2 & 3.

(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.09.2023 in Case Crime No.0351/2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. at Police Station Jagdishpur, District Amethi, lodged by the respondent no.4 against the petitioner."

(3) It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. is delayed by 35 years.

(4) The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the impugned F.I.R.

(5) This Court has perused the F.I.R. The allegation in the F.I.R. is that the informant's Grand father had died on

20.08.1987 but he was shown to be alive and a forged unregistered Will was shown to have been executed by him on 13.07.1988 in favour of the petitioner, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out.

(6) From a perusal of the impugned F.I.R., we do not find any good ground to show interference in the matter.
