Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite parties. Present petition has been filed praying following relief:-

(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to promote the petitioner on any suitable Group C post, in the interest of justice.

(ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to grant Ist promotional pay scale in the scale of 3200 - 4590 in place of 2750 - 4000 and accordingly, refix the pay, in the interest of justice.

(ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to grant 2nd and 3rd ACP in the shape of Grade Pay 2800 and 4200 w.e.f. 12.10.2009 and 12.10.2017, respectively and accordingly refixation be made, in the interest of justice." Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to him to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 which shall be considered and decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
