Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no.1 to 2, Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 and Dr. Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.4. With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, the writ petition is being finally decided. There is a consensus at the Bar that the matter is squarely covered by the order of this Court passed on 21.12.2023 in Writ A No.9864 of 2023 in re: Niranjay Singh Vs. State of U.P. Thru. Secy. Basic Education, U.P. Lucknow and 2 Others and it is prayed that the benefit of the said order may also be extended to the petitioners. Keeping in view the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that the petitioners shall also be entitled for the benefit of the order passed by this Court in the case of Niranjay Singh (supra).
