There is a consensus at the Bar that the matter is squarely covered by the order of this Court passed on 21.12.2023 in Writ A No.9864 of 2023 in Re: Niranjay Singh vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others and it is prayed that the benefit of the said order may also be extended to the petitioner. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
