¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's case for regularization and for grant of minimum of pay scale in view of fact that petitioner has been engaged as a daily wage employee with the department in year 2015.

¶3Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. District Horticulture Officer, Hardoi who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
