¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 to 3 and Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.4.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to conclude the departmental proceedings pending against petitioner by issuance of charge sheet dated 16.12.2022.

¶3It has been submitted that against the charge sheet, petitioner has already submitted his reply on 01.02.2023 but no further proceedings have been taken place in the matter.

¶4Considering fact that proceedings against petitioner are pending consideration for more than a year now, the authority concerned is directed to decide the same finally within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
