After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the appeal of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 21.12.2023, he prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.12.2023 before the appropriate Court.
