¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "a. a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 22.08.2023, registered at Case Crime No. 343/2023, U/s-302, 328, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Haidrabad, District: Kheri, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. b. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No. 343/2023, U/s-302, 328, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Haidrabad, District Kheri."

¶3It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated through a delayed F.I.R. lodged after application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved by the informant.
