¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Narsingh Narain Lal, learned counsel for opposite party no.1.

¶2Its no more res integra that the issue at hand is squarely covered under a Judgement rendered by Hon'ble the Apex Court in the case of The Director (Admn. and HR) KPTCL and Ors. Vs. C.P. Mundinamani & Ors, reported in [2023] 3 SCR

¶3Once the position of law is admittedly settled any further scrutiny of the judgement/order rendered by Central Administrative Tribunal on 22.10.2020 in OA-332/00196/2020 with M.A. No.330/00916/2020 is uncalled for.

¶4In view of the above, we hereby reject the writ petition assailing the judgement passed by the learned Tribunal and grant the benefit of Apex Court's judgement to the respondents for all purposes.
