Learned counsel for the review applicant submits that the applicant has filed a review application for review of order dated 13.12.2023. Admitted fact is that the applicant i.e. respondent 6 in the writ petition has filed the present application to review order dated 13.12.2023. Grievance of the applicant is that though they have filed Securitisation Application bearing No. 51 of 2021 before the D.R.T. and the said application is pending which was adjourned on 28.11.2023 on the request of learned counsel for the respondent Bank for

13.02.2024. Still the respondent Bank filed present writ petition before this Court and obtained an order for action on their application under Section 14 of the Act, 2002 within a period of six weeks from the date of the order of the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Bank has taken long time for argument before the D.R.T. while on the other hand, they have obtained the order dated 13.12.2023. Till date, the stay order has not been passed by the D.R.T. and the application is still pending before it. In view of the given facts and circumstances, petitioner is permitted to move an application for preponing the date after serving an advance copy of application to the learned counsel for the respondent. In case, such an application is filed, it is expected the D.R.T. shall consider and decide the said application within a period of two weeks on the date of production of certified copy of this order.
