¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed with the following relief:- "i. to issue a order or direction to opposite party No. 1 to decide the Case no. 663/660, Computerized Case No. T-201810580307285, under section-35(1) Ga of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, resident of village-Devanandpur, Pargana-& Tehsil-Sadar, District-Raebareli, 'Bhupendra Singh versus Rajan', Pending before him since 17.11.2018 within some stipulated time."

¶3The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending consideration since 2018. He added that the interest of justice would subserve if this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 to decide the pending Case no. 663/660, Computerized Case No. T-201810580307285, under section-35(1) Ga of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, resident of village-Devanandpur, Pargana-& Tehsil-Sadar, District-Raebareli, 'Bhupendra Singh versus Rajan' within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

¶4The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the contention aforesaid.

¶5In view of the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the respondent no.1 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Raebareli, is hereby directed to decide the pending Case no. 663/660, Computerized Case No. T-201810580307285, under section-35(1) Ga of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, resident of village-Devanandpur, Pargana-& Tehsil-Sadar, District-Raebareli, 'Bhupendra Singh versus Rajan' within a period of three months, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, if there is no legal impediment.

¶6The aforesaid order is subject to cooperation of the petitioner.
