¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Praful Kumar Yadav, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2The instant petition has been filed with the following relief:- "(i) issue a order or direction to set asidthe impugned exparte interim order dated 14.08.2023 passed by the opposite party no.2 contained as Annexure no. 5 to this petition.

(ii) issue a order or direction to opposite party no.1 to decide the revision No. 01221/2019 "Computerized Case No. C201908000001221" "Vikramaditya Soni Vs. Vijay Kumar & others" pending before opposite party no.1."

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the revisional court to decide the interim relief application within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

¶4The counsel appearing for the State has no objection.

¶5In view of the aforesaid submission, the revisional court is hereby directed to decide the interim relief application pending in the Revision No.01221 of 2019 within period of thirty days from the date of production of the order before the court concerned.

¶6For the period of thirty days only the parties are directed to maintain the status quo over the land in question.
