Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite parties. Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the concerned authority for providing family pension to the petitioner who is unmarried daughter of late Abdul Ahad upon whom petitioner was dependent. It has been submitted that petitioner's father passed away on 02.6.2009 whereafter family pension was being provided to the petitioner's mother who has also subsequently passed away on 27.4.2018. It is submitted that petitioner being dependent is entitled for the continuation of the family pension. For the said relief petitioner has already submitted representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. In view of the aforesaid, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.4 which shall be considered and decided within eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
