Present petition has been filed seeking challenge to the order dated 07.12.2023 passed by opposite party no.3 whereby petitioner has been transferred from one pump house to another being on the post of tubewell operator. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for liberty to the petitioner to file representation against the impugned transfer order in view of the hardship being faced by him. Considering the innocuous prayer without entering into the merits of the case liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation against the impugned transfer order before the opposite party no.2 within three days from today which shall be considered and decided within a period of ten days from its receipt. Till final decision of petitioner's representation he shall not be compelled to join at transferred place. With the aforesaid the present petition is disposed of.
