Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.12.2023 whereby petitioner's earlier attachment in District Ballia vide order dated

12.09.2023 has been cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier by means of order dated 12.09.2023 petitioner was attached to District Ballia on the post of 'Gram Vikas Adhikari' from District Sultanpur in view of his family situation. It is submitted that by means of impugned order his attachment to District Ballia has been recalled in completely non speaking manner without indicating reasons for such recall, particularly, when the order dated

12.9.2023 has already been implemented with petitioner having joined his duties in District Ballia. Learned Standing Counsel has, however, not received any instruction in this matter. Considering the aforesaid facts that petitioner's transfer earlier has been effected by means of order dated 01.9.2023 and 12.9.2023 which has been recalled by the impugned order without indicating any reasons, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 and along with other concerned authorities within three days from today which shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority within ten days from its receipt pertaining to petitioner's grievance for transfer to District Ballia. It is directed that till decision of petitioner's representation he shall not be compelled to join in District Sultanpur in pursuance of the impugned order dated 06.12.2023.
