¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ravi Shanker, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents, Shri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for respondent no.24, Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for Gram Sabha and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed with the following relief:- "i. Direct the opposite party no. 1 to consider and decide the Interim Relief Application of the petitioner filed by him along with the Revision No. 1959 of 2023 "Suvivek Bajpai versus Sub Divisional Officer, Maharajganj, District Raebareli and others" under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, as contained in Annexure No. 2 to this Petition, expeditiously."

¶3The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending consideration since 2023. He added that the interest of justice would subserve if this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to decide the Interim Relief Application of the petitioner filed by him along with the Revision No. 1959 of 2023 "Suvivek Bajpai versus Sub Divisional Officer, Maharajganj, District Raebareli and others" under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

¶4The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the contention aforesaid.

¶5In view of the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the respondent no.1 i.e. Board of Revenue, Lucknow, U.P., is hereby directed to decide the Interim Relief Application of the petitioner filed by him along with the Revision No. 1959 of 2023 "Suvivek Bajpai versus Sub Divisional Officer, Maharajganj, District Raebareli and others" under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a period of six weeks, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, if there is no legal impediment.

¶6The aforesaid order is subject to cooperation of the petitioner.
