¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been file seeking a direction to opposite parties for providing consequential service benefits such as seniority as has been provided to other similarly situated candidates w.e.f.

10.09.2020 treating petitioner to be medically fit.

¶3Since petitioner's grievance would entail consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to him to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 2 i.e. Additional Secretary (Recruitment), Uttar Pradesh Recruitment and Promotion Board, 19-C, Tulsi Ganga Complex, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
