¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

¶2Learned A.G.A. informs that applicant has criminal antecedent of 16 cases but the same are not explained.

¶3After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application.

¶4The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application.
