On urgency being indicated by petitioner's counsel, this Bench has been constituted during winter vacations in compliance of order of Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice passed on administrative side. Therefore, the matter has been placed before this Court. Heard learned counsel for the parties. There is a consensus that the matter is squarely covered by the order of this Court passed today i.e. on 14.12.2023 in Writ C No.10851 of 2023 in Re: Vardan Institute Of Pharmacy, Unnao Thru. Manager/ Trustee Prasoon Dixit And Another Vs. State of U.P. and Others and it is prayed that the benefit of the said order may also be extended to the petitioners. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that the petitioners shall also be entitled for the benefit of the order passed by this Court in the case of Vardan Institute Of Pharmacy, Unnao (supra). The party shall file computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad. The computer generated copy of this order shall be self attested by the counsel of the party concerned. The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
