By the impugned order dated 31.07.2023 the learned trial court has rejected the complaint of the applicant under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. The impugned order records that the applicant has been absenting him from the trial proceedings for a number of dates. On this footing the learned trial court has acquitted the accused and dismissed the complaint. The order-sheet is consistent with the findings of the learned trial court. No litigant has a right of indefinitely delaying the proceedings before the court. The Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
