Vineet Kumar and others) under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Baghrai, District Pratapgarh, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh. The ordersheet discloses that the counsels for the applicant have not been appearing before the learned trial court on the appointed dates on number of occasions. The applicant cannot be permitted to delay the proceedings before the trial court on one hand and pray for a direction to conclude the proceedings in an expeditious time frame to be fixed by this Court on the other hand.
