Judgment
Court No. - 29 Case :- APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 2629 of 2024 Applicant :- Angad Chauhan And 3 Others Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home U.P. Lko. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Arvind Kumar Pathak Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The F.I.R. records that there was an altercation between the children of the contesting parties. Elders of the families intervened which led to the victim being assaulted and abused by the accused persons. Shri Vinay Kumar Shahi, learned AGA contends that a prima facie case is disclosed against the applicants from the perusal of the F.I.R. and the materials in the record. Further, the learned trial court did not commit any error in taking cognizance of the aforesaid offence by the impugned order. Faced with this, Shri Arvind Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the applicants does not press the prayer sought in the application. He recasts his relief and submits that the applicants may be permitted to approach before the learned trial court for filing discharge application. It is always open to the applicants to invoke their remedy available to them in law. The Application U/S 482 is disposed of.
