Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken in the record. Heard Shri Noor Alam Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S. P. Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State. The applicant has been filed seeking relief of quashment of proceedings against the applicant by order dated 17.10.2020 under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Shri S. P. Tiwari, learned A.G.A. contends that the culpability of the applicant in commission of offences under Sections 363, 366 IPC is disclosed from the statement of the victim. Faced with this Shri Noor Alam Khan, learned counsel for the applicant contends that he does not wish to press the prayer sought in the application. He recasts his relief and submits that the applicant seeks to invoke his alternative remedies before the learned trial court. It is always open to the applicant to avail remedies available to him as per law before the learned trial court. The Application U/S 482 is disposed of.
