Court No. - 29 Case :- APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 2615 of 2024 Applicant :- Sartaj Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Shiv Sharan Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. Heard Shri Shiv Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S. P. Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State. The applicant has assailed the order dated 15.02.2023. The cause for delay in filing of the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has not been explained. There is merit in the submission of Shri S. P. Tiwari, learned A.G.A. that the applicant is an absconder and a fugitive from law. Faced with this Shri Shiv Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant contends that he does not wish to press the prayer sought in the application. He recasts his relief and submits that the applicant seeks to invoke his alternative remedy before the learned trial court. It is always open to the applicant to avail remedies available to him as per law before the learned trial court. The Application U/S 482 is disposed of.
