By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide Claim Petition No.76 of 2011 in re Shiv Shankar Singh Yadav v. State of U.P. and others pending before the State Public Service Tribunal, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow expeditiously within a stipulated period. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the claim petition is pending before the Tribunal since 2011 and pleadings have already been exchanged in the aforesaid case but the same has not yet been decided. Taking into consideration the fact that the aforesaid claim petition is pending since 2011 this Court directs the State Public Service Tribunal, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow-respondent no.2 to decide Claim Petition No.76 of 2011 in re: Shiv Shankar Singh Yadav v. State of U.P. and others pending before it as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it. It is made clear that this Court has disposed of the present writ petition without entering into the merit of the case. With the aforesaid observations the petition is finally disposed of.
