This writ petition has been filed with following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding the opposite party no.1 and 2 to produce the corpus of the petitioner in person before the Hon'ble Court within the time to be fixed by the Hon'ble Court and after recording her free statement she may be released from the illegal custody of the opposite parties no.1 and 2." After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
