The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Criminal Case No.888/2019 and Complaint Case No.447 of 2017 under Domestic Violence Act (Parivaad Sankhya:280/2017) both pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIth, Lucknow within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
