The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Criminal Revision No.71/2022; Barkhoo vs. State of U.P. and others under Section 397/399 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Baskhari, District-Amedkar Nagar pending before learned Court of District/Sessions Judge, Ambedkar Nagar within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
