The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Miscellaneous Case No.0526/2021; Shivangi Srivastava and Another vs. Alok Srivastava under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending before learned Additional Principal Judge IV, Sultanpur within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
