The present petitoin has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Case No.423/2021 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., District-Lucknow; Shalu Mishra and Another vs. Ved Prakash Mishra pending before the court of Additional Family Court No.6, Lucknow within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
