At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this case on merits and wants to withdraw the same as he has not challenged the revisional order in this case, thus, he may be permitted to withdraw this case and file a fresh petition after challenging the revisional order in this case. Learned A.G.A-I for the State-respondent has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed by learned Counsel for the petitioner. Office is directed to return all the certified copies annexed with this petition, after keeping a photostat copy of the same on record.
