Heard Ms. Anuja Bajpai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding and directing the opposite parties to produce the petitioner (detenue) before this Hon'ble High Court and she may be set at liberty under the care and custody of her husband. At the very outset, learned A.G.A.-I for the State submits that the petitioner has not filed any marriage registration certificate nor any specific averment has been made in the writ petition that the detenue is under illegal detention. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she wants to withdraw this writ petition, as such, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
