The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Complaint Caes No.303/2021; Roli Yadav vs. Chandan Yadav and Others under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Police Station-Cantt, District-Faizabad (now Ayodhya), within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
