The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Criminal Case No.567/2020 in re: Case No.386/2023; Tanya Verma vs. Anil Kumar Bharti filed under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C., within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
