¶1Heard Shri Shyam Narayan Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, for U.P.S.R.T.C and additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to non-payment of financial up gradation under the assured carrier progression scheme.

¶3The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the even after the representation made to the respondent corporation, the same has not been redressed as yet.

¶4In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh representation before opposite party no. 3, who shall get the facts verified and decide the claim of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order, within period of three months.
