The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide Misc. Case No.1499 of 2022 (Alsaba Parveen & Another vs. Saddam Hussain) pending in the court of learned Principal Judge Family Court, District-Sultanpur, within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
